Cancellation and Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to reserve your charter.

Cancellations are eligible for the following deposit refunds:

8 or more days before departure: 100% deposit refund

5–7 days before departure: 50% deposit refund
-
3–4 days before departure: 25% deposit refund
-
Less than 3 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable

For cancellations made less than 3 days before departure, the full deposit may be applied toward one rescheduled charter during the same boating season, subject to availability.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Any price difference for a new date, boat, duration, or package must be paid by the customer.

Weather-related cancellations are determined by Captain Martin’s Boat Rentals. When we cancel because conditions are unsafe, guests will receive a rain check for a future available date during the same boating season.
